Delete My Data

You have the right to ask 360 Infotech Limited to erase the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to make that request, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How the process works

1. 1Send your requestUse the form below, or email us directly. Tell us which account, app or service your request relates to so we can locate your records.
2. 2We verify your identityWe may ask for confirmation that you are the owner of the account or email address. This protects your data from being deleted by someone else.
3. 3We delete your dataOnce verified, we erase the personal data we hold about you and confirm in writing when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account profile — name, email address, telephone number and password
• Contact and enquiry history, including messages you have sent us
• Any content or files you uploaded to the service
• Usage and analytics records that can be linked back to you

What we may need to keep

A small amount of information may be retained where the law requires or permits it. This covers:

• Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and financial transactions retained for statutory accounting periods
• Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
• Anonymised or aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you

How long it takes

We respond to every request within one month of receiving it, in line with the UK GDPR. If your request is complex we may extend this by a further two months, and we will tell you if that happens.

Deleting an app account directly

If you registered through one of our mobile apps, you can usually delete your account in-app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Using the in-app option removes your data immediately. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form on this page instead.
